Overview

The 4-Day Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater safari offers an exceptional wildlife experience, taking you through three of Tanzania’s most iconic national parks, each renowned for its diverse ecosystems and abundant wildlife. This adventure allows you to immerse yourself in the heart of East Africa’s wilderness, offering an unforgettable journey for wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.

Your journey begins in Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast landscapes and dense concentrations of elephants. The park is dotted with ancient baobab trees and a variety of other wildlife, including lions, zebras, and giraffes. Tarangire’s river is a central hub, drawing many animals during the dry season, providing incredible opportunities for game viewing. The park’s relatively quieter atmosphere compared to the Serengeti makes it an excellent spot for observing animals in their natural habitats without the large crowds often seen in more popular locations.

Next, you’ll head to the Serengeti National Park, one of the world’s most celebrated wildlife destinations. The Serengeti’s endless plains are home to an extraordinary variety of animals, including the “Big Five” (lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinoceros), along with cheetahs, giraffes, hippos, and numerous bird species. The Serengeti is also world-famous for the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeests and zebras cross the plains in search of fresh grazing grounds, an event that attracts predators and offers dramatic displays of nature’s raw power. Regardless of the timing of your visit, the Serengeti promises an awe-inspiring experience, with game drives across its vast savannahs revealing nature’s spectacle.

After breakfast you will be picked from your hotel and head straight to Tarangire, known as "the land of giants." Your safari guide will take you on a 2-hour journey through Maasai land, ending at the Tarangire gate. After a captivating game drive in the afternoon, you'll enjoy a picnic lunch by the river.
